1. General Returns Policy
1.1 We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
1.3 Customised or personalised items (such as planners with specific names, dates, or photos) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, except where faulty or incorrect.
1.4 Items that are on sale or purchased with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where faulty or incorrect.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Non-Customised Products: If you have ordered a standard product without any customisation, it is eligible for return under our 30-day policy, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
2.2 Customised Products: Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are uniquely tailored to your specifications. However, if your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, please see Section 4 below.
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@myweddinggoals.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
3.2 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3.3 Condition of Returned Items: Items returned to us must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
4.1 Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide details of the issue and include photos of the damage if possible.
4.2 Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange to have the correct item sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one, with return shipping costs covered by us.
4.3 In cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will arrange for a replacement, or, if you prefer, a full refund.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returned items once they have been received and inspected by our team.
5.2 Refund Process:
- After we receive and approve your return, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items: Customised products, sale items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot refund any fees charged by third-party payment providers, such as PayPal.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchanges Eligibility: Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
6.2 Exchange Process:
- To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@myweddinggoals.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item, and once we receive it, we will process the exchange.
- You are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges, except for exchanges due to faulty or incorrect items.
7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Customised or personalised items
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products, such as downloadable e-books or digital planners
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees and associated costs
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
8. Cancellations
8.1 Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@myweddinggoals.com.
8.2 Customised Orders: Once production has started on a customised order, it cannot be cancelled.
8.3 If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.
9. International Orders
9.1 International Returns and Refunds: International orders are subject to the same returns and refund policies outlined above. However, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
9.2 Customs and Import Fees: Any customs, duties, or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
